Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Commercial Email Policy

1. Purpose

RNAConnect, Inc. (“RNAConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to responsible, permission-based email communication. This policy states our commitment to complying with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable anti-spam laws, and confirms that neither RNAConnect, its employees, its affiliates, nor any third party acting on RNAConnect’s behalf may advertise rnaconnect.com or any RNAConnect product or service through unsolicited commercial email (“spam”).

2. Scope

This policy applies to all email communications sent using the rnaconnect.com domain, including messages sent by RNAConnect employees, contractors, marketing partners, affiliates, and any third-party platforms or services (including but not limited to email marketing, sales engagement, or outreach automation tools) used on RNAConnect’s behalf.

3. Our Commitments

RNAConnect and any party sending email on our behalf will:

•        Only send commercial or marketing email to recipients who have an existing business relationship with RNAConnect or who have otherwise given consent or a reasonable expectation of contact;

•        Never use false, deceptive, or misleading header information, subject lines, or sender identification;

•        Clearly identify any message that is an advertisement or solicitation, where required;

•        Include a valid physical postal address for RNAConnect, Inc. in commercial messages;

•        Provide a clear and functioning opt-out (unsubscribe) mechanism in every commercial email, and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days;

•        Never sell, rent, or transfer a recipient’s email address to a third party after receiving an opt-out request;

•        Never use harvested, purchased, or unverified third-party email lists for outbound campaigns; and

•        Regularly review any outbound email or sales-engagement platform connected to RNAConnect mailboxes (including automated sending or “warm-up” features) to confirm its behavior aligns with this policy.

4. Third Parties and Affiliates

RNAConnect requires any affiliate, partner, vendor, or third-party platform sending email using the rnaconnect.com domain or on RNAConnect’s behalf to comply with this policy in full. RNAConnect does not authorize, condone, or knowingly permit the use of its domain or brand in unsolicited bulk email campaigns by any third party.

5. Reporting Abuse or Unwanted Email

If you believe you have received unsolicited or unwanted email that appears to originate from RNAConnect or references rnaconnect.com in violation of this policy, please contact us so we can investigate:

6. Enforcement

Any RNAConnect employee, contractor, or third-party partner found to violate this policy will have their access to RNAConnect email systems and any connected outreach or marketing platforms reviewed, and may have such access suspended or terminated, pending corrective action.

7. EU/UK Email Marketing Compliance

For recipients located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, RNAConnect also complies with applicable laws governing electronic marketing communications, including the EU ePrivacy Directive (as implemented by relevant EU member states) and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), in addition to the General Data Protection Regulation's (GDPR) requirement that a valid legal basis, such as freely given, informed consent, support any processing of personal data used for marketing. RNAConnect will only send marketing email to EU/UK/EEA recipients based on their prior consent or another permitted legal basis, and will honor requests to withdraw consent or opt out of future marketing communications at any time.

8. Policy Updates
