Ready to try UltraMarathonRT for
RT-PCR?
A High-Performance Solution for Sensitive and Precise RNA Analysis
Key Features
Unparalleled
Sensitivity
Requires as little as 0.1 pg of input RNA to amplify RNAs >10 kb, enabling detection of even
low-abundance targets.

Sensitivity of uMRT two-step RT-PCR for RNA input as low as 0.1 pg
Powered by UltraMarathonRT®, an ultra-processive reverse transcriptase with intrinsic helicase activity that actively unwinds RNA secondary and tertiary structures without heat, producing full-length cDNA with exceptional fidelity.
Processive
Enzyme
Long-Read
Capability:
Efficiently amplifies cDNA products up to 30 kb using a highly processive, high-fidelity DNA polymerase.

Amplification of transcripts from 1.2 kb to 14.9 kb using 100 ng Hela total RNA. The cDNA’s generated by Induro RT were amplified by LongAmp Taq. Reverse transcription was performed using Oligo(dT) 18 primer.
Ideal for experiments requiring accurate gene detection, from short transcripts to tens of thousands of nucleotides in the areas of gene expression analysis, full-length isoform analysis, full-length virus genome analysis, molecular cloning, long or structured RNA analysis with low input.
